Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

We only ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). All products are shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high order volume, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or SMS.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We provide USPS, UPS and/or FedEx at our discretion in order to offer the best delivery service and manage special circumstances – like P.O. Box deliveries.  Shipping options usually include the following: free shipping (5 to 8 days), discounted flat rates (3 to-5 days) based on ship zones, sizes and weights, and express delivery options as calculated in checkout. An example of these options is shown below:

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Glowb Lights LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You may receive shipment confirmation via email or SMS as selected in checkout. The confirmation will include tracking number(s) - typically active within 24 hours.

Damages

Glowb Lights LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend you take pictures of both product and packaging damage. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
