How long does it take to ship a light?

All products ship from Florida. We offer free shipping (5-8 days), flat rate ($5) shipping (3-5 days) and expedited shipping. Orders are processed within 48 hours (usually 24). We provide tracking numbers via email or SMS. Note: If you buy GLOWBs on Amazon then Amazon has fulfilment warehouses all across the USA.

Is there a Warranty?

Every GLOWB Light comes with a one-year limited warranty.

Are GLOWB Lights waterproof?

GLOWB Lights are weatherproof. They are rated IP-54 (IP = Ingress Protection Standards). This means they are protected against harmful deposits of dust and from water sprayed from all directions.

GLOWBs are not waterproof. So, do not submerge your GLOWB Light in water. We engineered GLOWBs to withstand the normal range of temperatures and weather in North America.

Do you have different colors and dimensions?

At this time, we have black frames with either cool white or warm white LEDs. We’re planning for white bodied lights (great for weddings!). We hope to hear from you what will make our lights work best for you.

How long will the lights run on batteries?

Brand new batteries should last for about 150 hours using the steady-on light effect and 10% brightness. For example, if you use the lights 5 hours per night at 10% brightness then the batteries should last for about a month.

Tip: Use an effect like twinkle or pulse to extend battery life.
The standard AC outlet is the best power source for your Glowb Light, but outlets aren't always available. We created a battery option for just those occasions.

Will one controller work for all my lights?

Yes! We designed the lights to all work from any single GLOWB controller. So, if you buy 3 lights then you can control them all with a single controller if they are within range. The range is about 90 feet.

How do you control the lights?

The lights can be turned on and off and all features can be controlled by either the wireless controller or the manual button on the light. We set the lights to turn on by default when power is applied so they can be used with existing timers.

Can I return my light?

Absolutely. We have a 30-day, “no questions asked” return policy. Just use our “contact us” page or email us at service@glowblights.com to get your RMA and insure your refund.
